Ordering goods through the website

All orders placed through the website are subject to us accepting the order. You will first receive an email confirming that we have received your order and then a second email confirming when we have dispatched your goods. Please note that the first email confirming receipt of your order does not constitute acceptance of the order by us. Your order will be accepted when we email you confirming dispatch of your goods and legal title will pass to you upon delivery of them. All products are subject to stock availability and if we cannot fulfil your order for any reason due to stock availability then we will contact you to offer a replacement at the same quality or above for the same price. If subsequently you do not wish to take up the alternative then we can cancel your order and give you a full refund or ship any items that we can fulfil and refund the item(s) that cannot be supplied.

We sometimes issue promotional codes to customers that give benefits such as discounts, free delivery and free gifts. These codes may only be used by the person to whom they are issued, are not transferable and must only be used in accordance with their Terms and Conditions. By using a promotional code to claim a benefit you will be confirming that you are entitled to use the code, you meet all the conditions that apply to its use and that you agree to the terms set out below:

Before accepting your order, if we find that you are not entitled to use the code or do not meet all the Terms and Conditions of its use, we may reject your order or alternatively process it without the promotional benefit being applied.

If we find that you were not entitled to use the code or did not meet all the Terms and Conditions of its use after accepting your order, we may reverse the benefit that you obtained. If you transacted on a cash basis e.g. by debit or credit card, we may take a further payment, equivalent to the value of the benefit obtained, from the card used.

Offers, promotional codes may be cancelled at anytime, and without notice. 


We aim to ensure that the product information is correct, however, on occasion manufacturers may alter their product packaging and or ingredient lists, and may contain more and/or different information than that shown on our Web site. We recommend that you do not solely rely on the information presented and that you always read labels, warnings, and directions before using or consuming a product. For additional information about a product, please contact the manufacturer. Content on this site is for reference purposes and is not intended to substitute for advice given by a physician, pharmacist, or other healthcare professional.

Order processing and payment

We continuously monitor the website to ensure that it is, as far as possible, error free. However, there may be instances where product description, image or pricing errors may occur. If we find any errors such as these after you have submitted an order to us, we will contact you before accepting your order with the correct information on the item(s).

You are then at liberty to either cancel or re-confirm your order based on the correct information. We will try to contact you using any and all of the details you gave us when you placed the order and will leave a message for you to contact us where we can, but if we are unable to reach you, or we don’t hear back from you after leaving a message then we will treat your order as cancelled, refunding any costs to you where applicable. On submitting your order, we will charge your credit or debit card for the full amount, but if we are unable to process your order for any reason or you wish to cancel then we will refund the amount back onto the card that you used to place your order.

We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website.

All prices shown on the website are inclusive VAT where applicable at UK standard rates and are exclusive of delivery charges. Delivery charges are calculated and displayed clearly on the checkout page. For further information on delivery charges see the Delivery section below. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or subsequently refuses to, or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.


We only deliver within the UK.

We aim to process orders within 24 hours of receipt, Monday-Friday, excluding public and bank holidays.

Our Postal Rates:

  • Priority Rate of £8.50 - £11 (Next Day Service)* AVAILABLE ON REQUEST
  • Free standard delivery on orders over £50

* Priority orders received before 12 noon Tues – Fri. Excludes weekends, Monday and Bank holidays. Final rate will be confirmed on request.

Orders will be dispatched on a 3-5 day recorded delivery service using Royal Mail or Hermes (unless stated otherwise). We aim to despatch your order within two working days.

For out of stock items please allow up to 28 days. An estimated delivery can be provided upon request. If you would like to be informed when stock is back in stock please click on the 'Out of Stock' link.

During peak trading times goods can take a while longer, if you have a specific deadline to meet, please call to discuss.

Some products on our site may incur extra costs or may be unavailable for delivery to postal addresses in Northern Ireland, some offshore islands and some remote areas of Great Britain; you will be notified of this on confirmation of your order.

We will make every effort to have your goods delivered in the time we specify, but we cannot guarantee delivery in that timeframe or accept liability for deliveries made outside this timescale by any of the couriers we use, or those of our suppliers where they dispatch products directly to you. We cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.

On delivery, you may be asked to sign for your goods to acknowledge that you have received them. Please note that if you have requested that we leave your goods in an unsecure location, we cannot accept any liability for any resulting loss.

For your convenience you can choose any delivery address, be it at work, home, a neighbour or somewhere else. All we ask is that your billing address matches your registered card details (otherwise payment won’t pass our checkout security checks).

Acceptance of Goods

Upon receipt, you must inspect the goods. You will be deemed to have accepted the goods unless you notify us that you have cancelled the order and/or you return the goods in accordance with the Returns Policy & Procedure. If no such action is taken, we shall not be obliged to accept any rejection of the goods at a later date. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Cancelling an Order

If you wish to cancel, you MUST inform us in writing or by email click here , quoting your order number, from time of placing order to WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS following the day you received the goods and you must also take reasonable care of the goods.  We would consider that reasonable care has not been taken of the goods, for instance, if you have opened or handled them to an extent beyond what would be reasonable if examining them in a shop before purchase.

If you cancel an order we will require that you return the goods to us in good time, with the original packaging and at your own expense to the address below. 

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any of these items within a period of 7 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered. However, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations of the purchase where there has been failure of reasonable care or the item has been unsealed, damaged,  an improper or returns exceptions – please refer to Returns section below. Refunds will be made within 7-30 days of receiving the goods back in a re-saleable condition. We strongly advise that you take out postal insurance when returning item. Return postage is not refundable.


Goods can be returned within 7 days for a refund or exchange, according to the terms stated below.

Please contact us BEFORE returning the goods by email on, you will be provided with a returns reference to be included with the returned item/s. Refunds will be given (excluding postage) on goods returned in their original condition, NOT altered, unsealed or damaged. Please ensure that the package is wrapped securely.

The buyer is responsible for return postage. We recommend you obtain a 'Proof of Postage' free of charge from the post office, when returning goods. This covers insurance for up to £20 on lost post. For more expensive items we recommend returning goods to be signed for or tracked. This means that if your parcel is lost in the post you will then be able to claim from the carrier for the goods that were lost.

If you return your parcel via a form of delivery that is not guaranteed then we will not accept responsibility if the parcel is lost or damaged. Please make sure you keep a proof of postage or tracking number as we will not be responsible for any items that do not reach us.

Refunds will be made between 7-30 days of receiving the goods back in a re-saleable condition. If the returned goods were incorrectly supplied (our fault) we will also refund the postage and packaging costs.

Returns exceptions

Returns or refunds are not applicable where product seals have been broken; also on clearance goods or nail varnishes unless cancelled before dispatch. We cannot accept the return where there has been failure of reasonable care or the item has been unsealed, damaged, please refer to Improper Returns section below.


Should you wish to return a non-faulty product for an exchange, the following applies:

You must take reasonable care of the goods whilst they are in your possession, and as such should not open or handled them to an extent beyond what would be reasonable if examining them in a shop before purchase.

You must contact us BEFORE returning the goods by email click here, you will be provided with a returns reference to be included with the returned item/s.

The goods must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt, in the original packaging and with all the original labels attached and at your own expense to the address below.

Products returned for exchange are dispatched free of charge.

Faulty goods

If any product we supply is not up to standard due to a manufacturing defect we will provide you with a refund or replacement. Please contact us BEFORE returning the goods by email click here, you will be provided with a returns reference to be included with the returned item/s.

Please ensure that you inform us as soon as possible after receiving your goods of any damage to avoid any delays in receiving a replacement or refund**.

Incorrect goods

In the unlikely event that we have sent you the incorrect goods, then first of all we apologise. In this event, please contact us BEFORE returning the goods, by email click here, you will be provided with a returns reference to be included with the returned item/s. We will provide you with a replacement or refund**.

** Refunds for faulty or incorrect goods includes your postage costs, please use Second Class Recorded Mail to return items to us. We will refund the cost up to a maximum of £3.70. While in your possession, you must keep any products you intend to return to us in good condition, maintain their original condition and packaging ie. unopened/unsealed and handled with reasonable care (as defined above), packed securely – failure to do so may affect any refund.

Improper returns

If you return an item to us outside of the terms of our returns policy and your statutory rights do not apply we may not refund you. The item may be returned to you at your expense and you will be notified of this and any other charges. We may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount; and if we do not receive payment of such additional amount within 14 days of issuing a request for payment, we may destroy or otherwise dispose of the returned product at our sole discretion.

If you choose to send the item back to us again, or refuse to accept delivery, this will be deemed as an irreversible instruction for us to dispose of your goods without further notice. This will not constitute any admission that we have failed to honour in full our obligations to you in full and will not constitute any unlawful action against the goods.

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers are valid for six months from the date of issue and exact expiry date will be shown on Voucher. All bookings need to be arranged before this date. Recipients should state their intention to redeem a Voucher when making an appointment and Voucher must be presented on arrival at appointment. Gift Vouchers can be used as full or part payment for all Spabox purchases, except on the purchase more Gift Vouchers. Gift Vouchers can be exchanged for products or services of a higher price than the face value of the Voucher on payment of the difference. Any unused balance will remain available for use up to expiry date. No change given on Voucher. Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or replaced if lost/stolen, damaged or cancelled or expired. It is not currently possible to redeem Gift Vouchers online

Vouchers will be despatched for delivery within two working days. Currently, online orders can only be delivered to your PayPal registered address. If you would like to have voucher sent directly to the recipient please call us . Gift Vouchers are sent by Royal Mail First Class Signed For option (a signature will be required upon delivery). Next day Special Delivery by 1pm is available on all amounts. To arrange next day delivery, please contact us before 2pm . Although most Royal Mail First Class deliveries arrive on the next working day, please allow up to 10 working days. We regret that we cannot deliver on Sundays or Bank Holidays. Delivery between 21 December - 3 January or to international addresses cannot be guaranteed. Gift Voucher quantities should be checked immediately upon receipt. Any discrepancies must be notified immediately . Spabox cannot be held responsible for shortage or loss of any Vouchers not notified to us within three days of delivery. Risk will pass to the customer upon delivery to the specified address and title will pass upon receipt of payments in full. Spabox has no liability for lost, stolen or damaged Vouchers once responsibility of ownership has passed to the customer at time of delivery.

Refunds and Returns

You must notify us of your wish to cancel in writing, please click here, within seven working days from the date on which the Voucher(s) was delivered to you; and have a further seven days in which to return the Gift Voucher(s) back to Spabox. Gift Vouchers will only be refunded when they have been returned to Spabox in a pristine condition. Refunded Gift Vouchers will be cancelled immediately and will no longer be accepted. All refunds will be made to the person who purchased the Voucher and the monies will be refunded directly to the payment card that was used to make the purchase. To request a refund you must return your complete Voucher pack in its original packaging to: Spabox Ltd, 83 Ducie Street, Manchester M1 2JQ, along with a covering letter detailing the reason for your refund. You will be responsible for any postage or other costs incurred in returning the Voucher(s) to us. You are responsible for the safe return of the Voucher(s) to us. We are entitled to refuse a refund or exchange where the product is lost or damaged in transit. We recommend returning item by tracked post and insured at least to the total value of your Gift Voucher order. In the event of the Voucher being lost or damaged in the return post, the sender is responsible for recovering any applicable compensation from courier/postal service used. Any refund due for any product purchased with a Gift Voucher will be made to a Gift Voucher. Where the Gift Voucher has been used by way of part payment for the product, the refund of that part payment will be made to a Gift Voucher.
Spabox cannot be held responsible for failure to meet its service obligations when any failure is brought about due to some cause totally beyond its reasonable control (Force Majeure). This might include: acts of God, trade disputes; governmental intervention, disruption to computer and IT infrastructure. We reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time.


Customer and recipient details are collected for the sole purpose of the order and delivery processes involved in our Gift Voucher service. If you review or submit user generated material you are agreeing to do so in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not want to review or submit user generated material in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, then you should not do so.

Spabox does not systematically review user generated material submitted by users of this website. We are not responsible for the content of user generated material and we do not necessarily endorse any opinion contained in such material. Spabox does not make any warranties or representations, either express or implied, about user generated material, including as to its legality or accuracy. Spabox does not claim any ownership rights in user generated material.
